You will be required to create a user name and a password of your choice for our health providers to properly identify you.
Only doctors will be able to access your information and they will be responsible to keep files in order to ascertain data. No other third party is allowed access.
Our medical centre reserves its right to disclose any information in its possession if it is required to do so by law, or it believes, in good faith, that such a disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, defend its rights or property, or to respond to an emergency situation.
